How's it work?

Your Sleep Program guides you through 3 Phases of breathing practices to help you sleep better using videos, audio practices and step by step guides.

Each Phase includes 3 daily practices plus a bonus practice that can be used as often as needed. The duration and skill level of the breathing practices increase as you advance through the phases.

Consistency is key to mastering your breath, so each Phase lasts an entire week. You get access to Phase 1 the moment you enroll
and the following Phases are then released weekly.

Your Sleep Program is built to take 21 days to complete but don’t worry if you need more time! You have lifetime access to your Sleep Program so don’t rush your progress and repeat your program as often as you’d like!
