Today you’re going to measure your tolerance to CO2, carbon dioxide.

Your CO2 tolerance is directly linked to how efficiently your body uses its oxygen and has a strong link to your ability to handle stress. It’s been noted that the higher your CO2 tolerance, the higher probability your experiences with anxiety will be less intense and more manageable.
