Breathwork Teacher Training
Learn how to perform and guide various types of breathwork techniques while understanding how to create a safe environment.
This training will guide you in curating and holding intimate space for group and private breathwork sessions as well as show you how to handle extreme mental/physical/energetic responses that may occur during breathwork sessions.
Upon successful completion you’ll be awarded a Breathwork Teacher Certification from Breath Guidance.
November 14th-22nd, 2020 weekend format.
Schedule:
Saturday November 14th 12pm-7:30pm (includes a 2-hour Breathwork Breakthrough session.)
Sunday November 15th 12pm-5pm
Saturday November 21st 12pm-5pm
Sunday November 22nd 12-5pm
